venues including own venue, innovative ideas and
efficient organization for your event.
Set in the heart of the Elgin Valley, with easy
access to the N2 and just one hour from Cape Town,
our conference centre offers an alternative to
the norm of the city hotels and conference venues.
In a rustic setting, surrounded by forests and
orchards, our venue can accommodate up to 50
delegates for day conferences and just 24 based
on twin sharing accommodation for overnight groups.
Facilities include standard equipment of flip
chart, white board, screen, TV & video with
conference area set up including peppermints,
iced water, cordial, note pads and pens. Full
catering services are offered.

The boutique hotel Villa Exner provides an intimate
and upmarket venue for meetings, conferencing and
product launches. The flexible set up allows for
board meetings and creative brainstorming in a less
formal environment, whilst offering all professional
services and facilities such as breakaway rooms,
complimentary high speed internet access (wireless),
business centre, full catering and a spacious garden
for team building and ice breakers. Basics such
as whiteboard and projector screen are provided
and further equipment can be hired. Choose from
our various packages for a half, full day or overnight
packages. We cater for a maximum of 15 inhouse conference
